Doug Couvillion was named Senior Vice President, Sourcing and Supply Chain in 2016 after his role as Vice President of Supply Chain and Quality Assurance in 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Couvillion served as Cracker Barrel’s Vice President, Corporate Controller & Principal Accounting Officer. He joined Cracker Barrel in 2001 as Vice President of . In his current position, Mr. Couvillion leads our Sourcing and Supply Chain functions and is responsible for the sourcing of food, equipment and supplies, the distribution of retail merchandise, quality assurance and flight operations. Mr. Couvillion has 20 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries and previously held positions at Landry's Restaurants and Deloitte.
