Steven Chung leads customer operations globally for PagerDuty including Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Education, and Revenue Operations.Over the last 20 years, Steven has served some of the world’s leading technology companies, such as Symantec and MicroStrategy, to help their customers derive sustainable value by leveraging technology. Prior to his role with PagerDuty, Steven led Demandware’s growth following its IPO as its SVP, Worldwide Sales, until the company was acquired by Salesforce. He began his career as a U.S. Army Officer.Steven graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Michigan. He also holds an M.B.A. from University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
